By accessing and using TensorSync's tensor synchronization platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

TensorSync provides distributed tensor synchronization, checkpoint streaming, and model distribution services for machine learning teams and research organizations.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use TensorSync for:

• Illegal activities or unauthorized data access
• Distributing malware or harmful code
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Excessive resource consumption that degrades service for others
• Reverse engineering our infrastructure

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of API keys
• All activity under your account
• Notifying us of unauthorized access immediately

5. Service Limitations

TensorSync provides the service "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime (though we target 99.99%)
• Zero data loss during synchronization
• Compatibility with all ML frameworks

6. Liability

TensorSync's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
